    IE; Progress photos, weight, personal best, 1RMs, measurements, steps.

    Plus integrate Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit, Myfitnesspal, and/or Cronometer for nutrition and step syncing.

Will I get access to new resources and programs as they are added?

Yes! All updates applicable to the POD subscription will be available to you. And if you have suggestions, we’d love to hear from you!

Will I have Coach Support?

With POD, you do not have coach support. But you will be part of a community support page within the app. So you can ask other POD users for accountability and support.

How do I cancel?

We require a 30-day cancellation notice and do not process cancellations on the weekend.

To cancel, send your name and account email to: coaches@transformwithphoenix.com. You will receive a confirmation E-mail Back when your cancellation has been entered.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our service, there are no refunds.

I don’t have any equipment, can I still use POD?

Yes! There are a variety of workout programs with little to no equipment including, bodyweight only, bodyweight and bands, and dumbbells only..

Can I make exercise substitutions?

Most workouts will allow you to choose alternate exercises from an approved list.
