Coach James
The pictures you see on the left side were taken merely hours after finishing his third drug rehabilitation program.
He was sick and tired of being sick and tired!
While in treatment, he began to exercise. They did not have gym equipment, but he found two bricks and a piece of concrete. Each day he would use the bricks to complete basic strength exercises. And that’s where his love for strength training started.
In the beginning, he felt physically weak, financially broke, no job, no car, homeless, and like he was at his absolute bottom. Yet, each day, he would walk out and pick up those bricks. Over time, he began to feel better and his outlook began to shift. He knew this would be a key part of his recovery.
After that, he continued to work on improving himself each day. He began to make progress in every aspect of his life. He grew stronger— physically, mentally, and emotionally. He knew he wanted to use his experience to help others.
Now, he is a fitness and nutrition coach for in-person clients and clients located all over the world. He enjoys helping others shift their mindset and change their lives as he did.
