Coach Brittany
Coach Brittany’s journey started in 2016. She was just a mom who was tired of getting winded trying to keep up with her kids. She didn’t recognize herself in the mirror or in pictures anymore. After her son’s first birthday, She made a vow to get healthier and refused to yo-yo diet anymore,, and that’s exactly what she did.
It wasn’t easy and she struggled with the same things most of her clients struggle with.
She put a lot of focus on her weight in the beginning and felt like she wasn’t progressing if the scale went up.
She thought she had to eat 1200 calories, do lots of cardio, avoid weight lifting, and minimize carb intake.
Once she broke this old way of thinking, let go of the hold the scale had on her, and simplified her food intake by focusing on protein, veggies, and nutrient dense foods…her results sky rocketed and she has managed to maintain a healthy lifestyle with balance and fun.
Her successful transformation, led her to becoming a coach in 2017 and she has been helping others achieve their goals since.
She loves working with women over 35 who want to lose fat to become strong and confident as they continue to age. She meticulously curates programs her clients can actually incorporate into their hectic lives AND stick to!
