Our VIP Process

  • Our main goal in phase 1 is to improve metabolic function after years of yo-yo dieting, extreme workouts programs, high stress, and malnutrition.

    In the first phase, we will prime your metabolism for your fat loss goals by returning your body to a place where it is thriving, not just surviving.

    Often times, this involves an increase in daily calories to allow your metabolism to fire back up from under-eating.

    We will also focus on managing stress and incorporating consistent daily movement and workouts.

    This phase can take weeks to several months depending on your unique situation.

    Slight weight gain is not uncommon in this phase.

  • Once we have restored your metabolic function, we will slowly enter a "cut" phase.

    This is where we will slowly manipulate caloric intake as well as daily movement, to create fat loss that actually sticks.

    No extremes. We will be focusing on solid habits we created in phase 1 to create fat loss that sticks.

  • Most people can lose body fat no problem. The issue is what to do once youreach your goals. How do you maintain those results?

    In this final step, we teach you how to maintain your fat loss, by slowly reversing out of a caloric deficit into your maintenance calorie intake.

    This allows you to create an unrestricted lifestyle you enjoy.
